1. Who you're buying from
Vexxed Vanilla is an independent Minecraft server. We, not Mojang or Microsoft, are responsible for this store, the server and everything sold here.
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, our official reseller and merchant of record. When you check out you also agree to the Tebex Terms & Conditions, which cover billing, payment methods and your statutory rights.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase. You need a genuine copy of Minecraft (Java or Bedrock) to join the server and receive your items.
3. What you get
- Every package lists exactly what it includes. You receive what the description says at the time you buy.
- Ranks are permanent one-time purchases. Each rank includes the perks listed on its package and every perk of the ranks below it.
- Crowns are an in-game currency for Vexxed Vanilla only. They have no real-world value, can't be cashed out, sold or exchanged for money, and can't be used on any other server.
4. Delivery
Items are delivered automatically in-game to the Minecraft username you choose at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If you're offline, they'll be waiting the next time you join. If you entered the wrong username or something doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll sort it out.
5. Refunds
Because items are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once delivered. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Refunds are issued through Tebex. If something went wrong with your order, contact us first. We reply within 72 hours.
6. Changes to the server
We may rebalance gameplay, update the server or reset worlds. If a change significantly reduces what a package you bought includes, contact us and we'll work out a fair fix. Purchases don't exempt anyone from the server rules.
7. Your purchase history
Tebex emails a receipt for every purchase. For a full history of your purchases, open a ticket on Discord with your Minecraft username.
8. Privacy
Tebex handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. This store shows player heads and skins from mc-heads.net and the live player count from api.mcsrvstat.us, so your browser contacts those services when you load a page. The username you choose and your basket are kept in your own browser so your basket survives a refresh. This store uses Cloudflare's cookie-free visitor counts and no tracking or advertising cookies.
